1 virtual session that will help you build a solid birth plan that won't be easily thrown out. 

The birth plan covers: birth preferences, pain mangement, labor movement and mobility, pain meds options, pushing stage, c-section delivery, options for interventions and complications, post-delivery options. 

This session will provide you with lots of childbirth education.
